A Heartfelt Journey: Connecting Hearts Across Borders

Image
As a teacher, nothing brings me more joy than watching my students grow and explore new horizons. The "Connecting Hearts: Friendship Across Borders" project has been an incredible opportunity for both my students and myself to connect with peers from different countries. From the very first activity, it was clear that this project would offer us more than just a chance to improve our English skills – it would provide a platform for cultural exchange and global friendship.  January was an exciting month as our students had to create bracelets themselves. They really enjoyed this handcraft experience and also the January games which were very interactive and challenging.

The December activities were really enjoyable for our children. They had a chance to draw pictures expressing their feelings for love and friendship     They particularly enjoyed exchanging recipes and the procedure of cooking themselves. The cookies they made were really delicious.

Throughout January, students actively worked on the project's tasks, developing teamwork, creativity, and openness to new knowledge.    They researched and presented their countries. The result of this work was a joint e-book that combined the materials of all participants and became an excellent resource for studying cultural diversity.    The Day of Friendship was held in a warm atmosphere with interactive games, discussions and presentations that helped to better understand the meaning of international friendship.    A highlight was a talent show where students demonstrated their skills and made friendship bracelets as a symbol of unity.    Equally interesting was the participation in exciting interactive games related to the theme of the January events, which not only diversified the learning process but also promoted active cooperation and interaction between students.
